What You’ll Experience
Benagil Cave from Above
Admire Benagil Cave’s natural opening from above and take in the surrounding cliffs and coastal scenery. Your guide will accompany you to see this landmark from a land-based perspective.
Algar Seco
Discover limestone formations, passages and natural rock windows overlooking the ocean. Explore the area with your guide, with opportunities to enjoy the views and take photographs.
Seven Hanging Valleys Trail
Walk part of this scenic coastal trail, with short stops to appreciate the cliffs, rock formations and ocean views.
Marinha Beach
Enjoy free time to relax on the sand, take photographs and appreciate the coastal scenery before returning to Faro.
Optional Cliff Jumping
When sea conditions allow, you’ll have the opportunity to try cliff jumping.
Participation is entirely optional, you can enjoy the tour without taking part in this activity.
Cliff jumping cannot be guaranteed on every departure. Your guide will assess the conditions on the day and explain whether it can take place.
The itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, sea conditions and safety considerations.
Walking and Terrain
This tour combines van transport between locations with walking at the different stops. Along the way, there are short breaks to enjoy the views and take photographs.
The walking sections include uneven coastal paths, steps and uphill sections. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Meeting Point
Meet your guide in the garden of “O Seu Café”, at Largo de São Pedro, Faro.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Your guide will be wearing a white, blue or black T-shirt with the Xtours Algarve logo.
Look for a white and grey VW Transporter van, with the Xtours Algarve logo on the back.

Weather and Safety
Cloudy or cooler days do not normally prevent the tour from taking place. In the event of heavy rain, storms or unsafe conditions, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons.
Please follow your guide’s instructions throughout the tour.
